Melt in your Mouth Chickpea Brownies

Somewhere between mumming and packing up our house I found time to whip up these gorgeous treats - because they’re that easy.

They’re gluten free, vegan, and can be refined sugar free if you choose a sugar-free chocolate to add in - I’d recommend Pana, always

1 425g can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

3/4 cup peanut butter

2 tablespoons of hazelnut butter

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup blanched almond meal

1/4 cup soy milk

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

1/4 cup cacao powder

1 tsp baking powder

50g Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Add all ingredients except the 50g dark chocolate to a blender and blitz until smooth.

Pour mix into lined brownie tin.

Grab a handful of choc chips and push pieces into the top of the brownie mix.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Allow to sit for 30 minutes, cut, & enjoy!
